- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Method of preparation:
Peel and cut a piece of ginger.
Drop it into a bowl of water and boil.

Add a teaspoon of coconut oil, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of honey.
